Brandi“Delicious, super simple, all-pantry-ingredient recipe that happens to also be vegetarian and kid friendly? A culinary unicorn. I originally found this via Dinner A Love Story; Smitten Kitchen's versions zhushes it up a bit with a fancy finishing oil but it is absolutely delicious just made simply and finished with parm. I usually use ditalini but macaroni works just as well; obviously style points if you have the spaghetti-O dried pasta.”
