“A quirky Carroll Gardens bakery that produces some of my favorite loaves in the city. The Clinton Street bakery is only open from 4-7 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, a schedule that somehow never sticks in my brain, so I usually find it easier to track down their bread at the Carroll Gardens Greenmarket on Sunday mornings.”
