“Teo and I are both regulars at Brooklyn Granary & Mill in Gowanus, which is dedicated to showcasing grains from the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. There’s a mill upstairs and a bakery downstairs, where you can sample pastries made with the very grains milled above. The staff is welcoming and kind, which makes every visit a pleasure.
