My nightly routine involves running my retainer + night guard through this with only clean water. It vibrates all the gunk off. It's so much more effective than just rinsing them, and way less annoying than brushing them with a tooth brush. Once a week I add a little denture cleaning tablet for a deep clean. (Maybe am I gross for only doing this once a week but it is what it is). I love this thing so much I take it with me when I travel.”

“Calling all wearers of retainers, mouth guards, oral appliances! It probably needs a good clean and frankly I never felt like mine got clean enough with a brush and toothpaste, plus it always got messy. These little devices are awesome, I use mine once a week to get the crud off and it's definitely extended the life of it without being a pain in the butt. The design is cute enough that I don't feel weird leaving it out on the counter, and they offer auto-ship subscriptions for the tablets so you won't run out.”
