“When I married my Colombian husband, I knew I needed to learn how to cook his favorite recipes. This was my Colombian cooking bible but I will also recommend Erica Dinho's blog and website, My Colombian Recipes! She has dozens upon dozens of delicious Colombian recipes. Killer Recipes: Arroz con pollo, arepas de queso, arepas de choclo, Tia Isabelita's bunuelos, Empanaditas de carne (this filling is amazing), pandebono, pollo sudado, Sancocho valluno (I use a pack of chicken drumsticks instead of a whole chicken), coconut rice, patacones con ajo y limon, Arroz con leche, and natilla.”
