“Earth Café is an interactive, culinary rolodex, inviting readers of all ages to scramble and re-arrange dishes from all over the world. The flipbook– which yields almost 42,000 combinations– offers the player an expansive glossary of imaginary edible creations represented visually and written in a sort of culinary Esperanto. Earth Café is Fluxus for food: it’s places, substances and affinities are as far-fetched and fluid as the imagination itself.”
