Amanda HesserFirst to rec“This book is derived from a six-volume collection first published in the 1930s by the Japanese artist and costume designer Sanzo Wada. His work inspired generations of color research. I find the books, which contain page after page of color pairings, soothing and mesmerizing. Each time I thumb my way through, I come upon some blend of hues that makes me feel something new.”

Ginny Branch“Such a charming book that I often reference for color palette ideas for sketchbook paintings and outfit color combos (but I usually default to neutrals 99% of the time). So Pleasing to flip through. I also have the pt 2!”
