“This cookbook is entirely in Spanish and is a great way to immerse yourself with the language through cooking! I have tried just a few recipes: *Arroz con fideos, which I swear by and is the perfect rice dish when you are on a time crunch. I use chicken stock instead of water, as the recipe suggests, and it is amazing. *Huevos pericos--Eggs, tomatoes, and scallions dish, pairs well with tortillas or arepas. *Sudado de pollo--chicken drumsticks with potatoes in a tomato-based sauce. Delicious with a side of rice, fresh salad and sliced avocado Arroz con pollo --shredded chicken, rice, and veggie mix.”
