“I love Anna Karina. I had the pleasure of meeting her at a screening of "Pierrot le Fou" at the Museum of the Moving Image many years ago. I went up to her afterward and jokingly told her that I had dinner with her every night because a print of her hung above my dining table. She grabbed my hands with excitement and said, "What do we have for dinner? Pasta?!" It was such a sweet moment and one that I will always cherish. A Woman is a Woman, directed by Jean-Luc Godard, is one of my favorite films, and she absolutely shines in it. She's humorous, strong, sensitive, silly, charming, and earnest. I love how she conveys so many emotions through her facial expressions. I highly recommend it as well as all of her other movies.”

“Saw Pierrot Le Fou at Music Box last summer. The looney tune cartoon duck a muck was played prior to the showing & during the film there were a few technical difficulties that made my introduction to Anna & Goddard. I couldn’t get enough.”
