“Delicious recipes that include plant-based, meat, vegan, and fish dishes. One of my favorite recipes from this book is the Caldo Verde with Kale and Chorizo, which can easily be made plant-based with vegetarian substitutes. I serve this soup with homemade tortilla strips seasoned with soy sauce and fresh lime juice (my kids love it!). There is also a delicious Pina Colada crumble recipe, a Kale Tomato Cannellini Bean Soup, Roasted Tomato Soup with Gruyere Chickpea Croutons, and Linguine with Spinach & Golden Garlic Bread Crumbs. These were all recipes I loved and there's so much more I need to try ! Check it out from your local library. It is worth a gander ;)”
