Shannon Case“Choose a room and follow these 5 steps 1 - Collect trash (put in bag, but don’t take outside yet) 2 - Pile up dishes (put in/near sink, but don’t wash yet) 3 - Pick up laundry (put in basket, but don’t wash yet) 4 - Gather things that have a place and put them in their place 5 - Gather things that don’t have a place and put them in a container (figure out their place later) This method has helped me so much! It keeps me focused on the task at hand without getting sidetracked by other things (like collect the dishes, but don’t wash them right away). The goal is to create a tidy, functional space in the limited time you have. Highly rec this book in general!”
