“Written in a made up language that you’ll learn to speak by the end of the book. We call flowers gladdenboots now.”

“What can’t Carson Ellis do? She’s an amazing artist and illustrator who has a signature style but also can create artwork that is so singular and different. IDK, I think she’s phenomenal. This insect book is written sparingly in bug language but it’s so easy to interpret and convey the emotion of the scene to the audience. I love this one.”
