“The sweetest, coziest read. On the surface, it's a book about a woman and her (unexpected) pet mouse. But it's really about meaning, the purpose of life, community, and love. It's a quiet book, to be sure, but one that moved me to tears. I also attended an author event with Simon Van Booy and he is such a delight.”

“Heartwarming and sweet. A bit melancholy but will ultimately have you smiling by the end.”
