Camille“My Lodge pan is my go to cooking pan for the most part. Bit of a learning curve, but I love how it holds heat, goes into the oven, and just works. And it's not complicated - you don't have to baby it. Yes you can wash it with soap. Yes you can cook tomato sauce in it. Just don't soak it, make sure to dry it after washing, and wipe it down with a drop of oil and you'll be good to go.”
