“find a place you love, ideally a chatty and friendly one where people linger. Go SUPER consistently at the same time (Friday mornings, Thursday evenings, whatever). over time, you'll see the same people. Talk to them! Become friends! See where the world takes you. I personally love my local dive bar and the communist hippie co-op coffee shop around the corner from me.”
