Holy Sheet & Big Chill

“The way I yelped when I saw that these were 40% off - they're not inexpensive BUT I love them, the whole of the sheets/pans/grates world of Great Jones is such a win. Only on sale to the 19th. Ordering my refresh now. They're superior to other Commerical sheets and the system is such a win stacking in cabinets and with lots of uses together and separate. I have the half sheet pans and the quarters both with their cooling racks (also used for ganache and other things that need to drip like fat draining) Also in the cabinet - the Breadwinner (bread pan) and both the square and round cake pans. I'm a pretty big fan!”
