The way I yelped when I saw that these were 40% off - they're not inexpensive BUT I love them, the whole of the sheets/pans/grates world of Great Jones is such a win. Only on sale to the 19th. Ordering my refresh now.
They're superior to other Commerical sheets and the system is such a win stacking in cabinets and with lots of uses together and separate.
I have the half sheet pans and the quarters both with their cooling racks (also used for ganache and other things that need to drip like fat draining)
Also in the cabinet - the Breadwinner (bread pan) and both the square and round cake pans. I'm a pretty big fan!

Could you expand on what makes them better than other commercial options? I've always been a restaurant supply store girl for baking pans but the colours of these tempt me!

I do have Nordic ware 1/4 and 1/8th too and prefer the Great Jones for roasting - they’re thicker and more substantial which I find means better heat distribution especially at high temps no warping as well. The cooling / roasting / coating tray fits are seamless - for broil I opt for NW and I use Silpat’s on all of them.
Separately I do like the way they wear, look and don’t tend to show stains like NW and are easier to clean.
