“it sounds like an oxymoron, but if you already know how to prepare proteins and vegetables in a variety of ways, you can probably use this cookbook for ideas. no fluff and really easy to page through with a partner to solve the age old problem : what's for dinner tonight? as a plus, almost everything in this book can be cooked within 45 minutes (a few can benefit from a lot of hands-off time, like braising)”
