“It’s been said I have a standing reservation at Jones. My native New Yorker sensibility and current Angeleno status are married here: red sauce checkered table cloths go to Hollywood. The room is dark and the walls are mirrored, you never know who and what you’ll see. Spy on people at the bar or live it up in a booth. Dirty gin martini is a must (love the little sidecar) and I don’t hate the food, but unless it’s a celebration I’m usually just here for drinks. If you’re going all out get spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, and apple pie. I’ve never had a bad time. Kitchen closes at 1 am. Have fun!”
