Gem

“I love this app. If you’re trying to track down an item of clothing, you can enter search term or upload a pic of the item and it scans all the resale sites for what’s available (TRR, Poshmark, Ebay, Grailed, Etsy, Vestiare, etc). It’s so helpful in streamlining the hunt!”

“I’ve rec’d this secondhand search app to enough friends and interviewers that it’s certainly no undiscovered, ah, gem… but it’s the secret to my sauce, the key to my sartorial success. Use it well!”

“I evangelize this one to anybody who will listen. Gem lets you search a bunch of vintage and resale platforms at once — including Poshmark, eBay, Etsy, Depop, Mercari, and Grailed — so you can megashop clothes secondhand. I try to buy clothes more sustainably than I used to, and this thing makes circular fashion feel like a breeze. Lately I’ve been using it to save vintage flight jackets for my boyfriend.”

“Yes to this! I’m deleting apps from my phone at a startling pace, but this one is a keeper”

“picture this: you can search all the resale sites at the same time…best secondhand shopping experience you can have in my eyes”

“This is such an amazing discovery. I do fear for my wallet though…”

“Thanks to @Kelsey Keith who first introduced me to this app, I use it every dang day.”

“I love saving search terms and then getting an email sent to me every morning with stuff i’ve been wanting to buy aggregated from various resale sites. Much easier than getting a billion ebay alerts!!!”
