“Inspired by the iconic meal at Duli, just store bought hummus and mapo tofu/chili oil on top. I kind of burned my tortilla chips but only very slightly Mapo tofu I don’t do a real recipe just ginger/garlic/scallion/ground meat/silken tofu (don’t bother to blanch), doubanjiang, hoisin. No measurements just vibessss”
