Apollo Bagels

“Apollo is my favorite of the new-wave New York bagel spots I’ve tried. The menu is streamlined and focused on only the good stuff (read: no birthday cake cream cheese at Apollo). The bagels have an airy sourdough crumb, a crisp crust, and are served open-faced. Apollo now has several locations throughout the city, but my go-to remains the original in the East Village.”
