“Sometimes it’s the only thing that keeps me off the dopamine hamster wheel. I set it so I can only get texts/calls, work emails, and audiobooks and podcasts. I like that I physically have to go unbrick my phone (it is a fridge magnet in my house). They have emergency unbricking but you have to call and can only ever do it 5 times.”
