Sorry it’s a bit messy but please come in!
Spending 4 days and 3 nights camping in Joshua Tree. Looking for recs for things to see and do to escape the morning heat (truly don’t know if it will still be hot) before retreating to evenings of dark sky.
Advice for sticking to practices to build good habits when it truly doesn’t feel like the time
LA Tailor/Seamstress (sorry to gender these I am uneducated and ill-informed!!!) that can work with ANYTHING but if possible specialize in puffers/things with fill.
I did not buy it nice, so I’m now buying it twice. My Amazon sleeping pad is great. It’s beautiful. It’s self-inflating. It’s a double bed and it’s thick. The problem is it’s too big and I now hate lugging it down my third floor walk-up now that I’ve been able to camp monthly it’s untenable. Any recs for good, car-to-hike camping sleeping pads. Looking for comfort vs Ultra light!
