This is my favorite simple, gentle habit tracker. It can remind you to do things if you want, or it can just passively track your streaks. Judgment free, no bells and whistle. I love it for little things like making sure I drink water and stay consistent with my skincare routine.

Ask your friends to award you medals for stuff you don't wanna do
•••
Were you a child that was motivated by stickers? If yes, might I recommend the extrinsic motivation of asking all your friends to give you medals for doing stuff? I receive medals (🏅emoji medals🏅 that is) for all kinds of things from washing my hair, to writing an email I don't want to write, to making another call to my insurance where I have to wait with the bad muzak for an hour and a half. I'll tell someone what my goal is and then I report back and they award me. Sometimes that make it into a little ceremony and let me know they're polishing it for me before I receive it. I liberally ask for medals, and somehow it helps, so I have no shame in the game! Wishing you the best in finding something that works for you, and way to be seeking out a solution (🏅).
