Sleep on an Incline: I'm the snorer in my relationship and according to my husband since we switched to an adjustable base bed and started sleeping on an incline I have completely stopped. If you don't want to invest in a new base, they also have wedge pillows that you could try.

Silent Nite Oral Appliance for Snorers: I am so sorry that this is the answer, but I can confirm that after 10+ years of sleeping next to my (wonderful, loving) snoring husband (which, unfortunately got worse as we got older!), this device is the answer to end snoring. I speak the gospel to my friends all the time. It is extremely not cheap (cost depends on your insurance) and you get it through your dentist, but it is a night and day difference. I think he's getting much better sleep with it too.
