Linen Sheets: I totally recommend linen it does exactly what you’re looking for. They last a while, get softer with each wash and this sheet set is pretty affordable vs the $100+ ones online. I have these in all my bedrooms

Coyuchi Organic Crinkled Percale Sheet Set: These are a bit pricey, but I like to wait for a sale. They get softer with every wash, and I’ve been so happy to get into bed with them! I’ve had my 2 sets for 5 years and still going strong.
