Po Chai Pills Herbal Supplement

These are magic pills for any stomach related ailment, included food poisoning and hangovers. The packaging is so beautiful, and inside are little vials of the medicine. I always bring a box with me when traveling.

kinda dreamy lemonade protein

this protein lemonade is so good i’m jelly bc i wish i created myself (i know the gals that did tho they are cool and hot and smart and gave us a code SHIRA). i love the taste but beyond that i love that it takes the pressure off proteinmaxing everything which i find stressful x

Londyn Harris

Wellness Formula

Kicks any little throat itch or fatigue ALL the way out. A necessity for when I travel too.

DITTO PMS Supplement

I’m not a supplement gal, but when it comes to PMS and PMDD, I’ll try anything. I think these are changing my life. Created by baddie women in STEM actually doing real research, check it out! referral link for 67% off! They might send you this cutie mug too.

Dylan

Bovine Iron+

23 x more iron than beef liver

Coco Quizon

Lagundi Cough Syrup

Herbal, extremely soothing and fast-acting. Has anti-histamine properties so it does really well for that itch that comes with postnasal drip. This is usually low cost back home and is prescribed by doctors for people without access to more western medicine but I guess with all the tarrifs and exports it’s so expensive here 😭 but works like a charm!

devan

Astragalus (Wildcrafted)

Astragalus will absolutely blow your mind when taken frequently. I run through this so quickly but it’s truly the fountain of youth. There’s very little it doesn’t do!

Anja Tyson

MRO Iron Gummies

I am very anemic and I also HATE the taste of iron. I was taking Floradix tablets for a while to avoid taking a liquid iron supplement, but now I'm using MRO Iron gummies and they're the least vile option. Anemia is super common in women, and if yo haven't been tested for it before you should go get tested.

Dylan

Dexamphetamine

makes me focus like i've never focused before. sure, i might still be focusing on the wrong things, but a win is a win.

Coco Quizon

Taisho Pabron Gold A Cold Medicine

If you are not allowed to get sick or prefer to spend less of your Sick day actually sick, this Japanese cold medication will save you. You will be okay the next day. Recommended originally by a Salaryman I met, and no one bounces back, ready to work despite everything, than a salaryman.

April

wonder focus mushroom gummies

These seem to help me. I’ve only been using for one month but pop one or two in with my daily vitamin on week days.

Ali LaBelle

Ashwagandha Calm Gummies

I'm a BIG sleep girl — I love to sleep, and if I don't get a good night's sleep, I'm absolutely useless. I've been using these for two months and they're now nonnegotiables — I've never gotten deeper and more restful sleep in my life.

"Invisible" SunFiber

SunFiber does not get gloopy in warm liquids, or chunky in cold drinks. I am not a doctor, talk to your doctor. The end!

Peyton Dix

Ritual's Omega-3

So why didn't anyone tell me I should be taking omega-3s? I'm actually mad at you all. And my doctor I guess. But I love these from Ritual. I'm on my third bottle.

April

Zofran (ondansetron)

I am truly the most nauseated person I know for many reasons. This is a game changer.

The Green Spoon

Sterling Wellness Clinic Gold Spectrum 90 Capsules

This science-backed, naturopath-developed Gold Spectrum herbal formulation is the only thing keeping me glued together. I take it every single day and I absolutely swear by it.

Anja Tyson

Midlife Essentials

The Biologica formula I take is targeted for "midlife", and it works great even though I am not technically in perimenopause. It's effervescent and dissolves in water, and it actually tastes good, unlike most other dissolvable packets.

Source Naturals Wellness Formula, Advanced Immune Support - 90 Tablets

SNL alum Ego Nwodin put me onto these (https://nymag.com/strategist/article/ego-nwodim-favorite-things.html) and if the SNL cast takes them to stay healthy during their busy/stressful season, it should be good for me! Also, as mentioned in the article, the tablets NOT the capsules are more effective. However, the tablets are big and taste bad. You’ll need some time to get used to it, but we call them horse pills at our house for that reason.

April

WonderSleep Mushroom Gummies

My mom got me these and I’ve been using them ever since. Take 2 before bed. Sugar free & vegan friendly. If melatonin gives you nightmares or weird dreams try this instead.

Geren

Rose Los Angeles | Flower Rosin Infused THC & CBD Edibles

My ride or die. I often bite them in half, I don't take them everyday, I never feel groggy, I insist on them when I'm traveling anywhere from home - even a local stay. THEY ARE PERFECT!

Wine Guy

Ion

The best thing I’ve discovered for gut health and weight loss. Can’t recommend enough. Made from ancient soil. I have a tablespoon of this every morning and night.

Londyn Harris

Oregano Oil

Epic immune booster and soooo good at knocking out colds and infections. I love you oregano oil.

Francesca McConchie

ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops

I have a cup of these + some Laird's hydrate every morning and it's like drinking the life back into my body

Hot Tip

Breathe-X Allergy Support

Works better than truly any OTC drug I’ve ever tried. Take every day year round!
