Astragalus will absolutely blow your mind when taken frequently. I run through this so quickly but it’s truly the fountain of youth. There’s very little it doesn’t do!

Omg everything. But specifically regarding anxiety it’s a powerhouse in regulating your stress hormones and adrenals. It’s an adaptogen. I suffered from chest pain due to stress and Hashimotos and taking this 3 times a day I started to feel happy again with in a week and my chest pain was gone (cardiovascular benefits as well). There’s pretty much nothing it doesn’t do and I’m always shocked more people don’t know about it!
