A classic for when you're frustrated, angry, or just feeling off.The cool thing is the pillow doesn't have feelings, so just let it rip. Bonus off-label use: practice your horror-slasher-scream without scaring your neighbors. Compete with your partner or friend to see who has the best scream (if you're good, you can hear the scream quality through pillow)

Everything is an experiment

This is the mantra that helps me take big leaps. It's what helped me finally go freelance full time. It's what helped me open a brick-and-mortar and also what helped me close it (when I realized I didn't like running it). When it's an experiment, everything is just information. Freelance Data: I like doing this, I will keep doing this until I want to run a new experiment. Brick-and-Mortar Data: I don't like running a brick and mortar and that's amazing to know about myself When it's an experiment, the point is to get the data, and take it from there. Helps take the pressure off of outcomes, new identities, and things that feel like big commitments!

Do it to take a break, do it when you can't fall asleep. Just look up there and let your mind wander. Also it’s nice to internally narrate things like "wow, what a gift to not be at my computer right now"
