Put Halloween faces on Ikea Fado Lamp
$29
•••
I saw these jack o' lantern lamps at Ikea, and decided I could just recreate with the Fado lamps I already have. And this way you have one less decoration to store. Just peel it's little face off when the season is over. I had some Cricut vinyl laying around from a project I never did (I don't even own a Cricut) so I just cut out the faces with scissors. Since I have 2 lamps, I made pumpkin and a ghost. If you have a dimmable or color changing lightbulb, even better to customize your face's vibe. I'm using these bulbs: warmest and dimmest setting for the pumpkin, and a cooler and brighter setting for the ghost. I think a roll of wide electrical tape would work just as well as the Cricut vinyl. Wide tape will be easier than cutting out from a tiny strip. (I originally tried construction paper with masking tape on the back, and that didn't work) It would be fun to keep this going for other holidays, with different vinyl colors/shapes.

Make your own magnets
•••
Turn random small things into fun magnets. Dice, dominoes, playing cards, old game pieces, poms-poms, polymer clay shapes, beads, etc. Supplies: a roll of magnet tape, or a pack of small round magnets. Glue. Random small objects. Tip: Use super glue. Hot glue works, but doesn’t last as long
