The perfect tomato season salad. It's particularly pretty in a Robin's egg blue bowl. I’ve made it to rave reviews. Riff as you see fit, it's forgiving. (Note: I’ve skipped both peeling and deseeding the tomatoes. You do you but feels unnecessary to me.)

This cake is easy to make and a complete show-stopper. Also,it's vegan (if you use dairy-free chocolate chips). You can make it with coffee or water- I always opt for coffee. It's moist, rich, and if I weren’t already in bed for the night I would go make this cake right now. You should make it, too.

I am a mediocre cook at best. It's very rare that I really want to make something. Sure, focaccia or cookies are great and I'll happily make these for a crowd. But a meal on a schedule? No thanks. I do it because I have to, and I just try to make something edible. Everything I've tried from this website has turned out a-ok. The recipes are approachable and pretty foolproof. Signed, A fool

The *BEST* Focaccia Recipe

I made focaccia once during the pan-d and it was pretty good. I somehow stumbled upon this recipe from Olivia Mack McCool and now people think I am a good baker. (LOLz. If you know me this is hilarious.) I always add rosemary and Castelvetrano olives, too. Olivia, thank you.
