The Best Free Restaurant Bread in America

I can only read for fun between the hours of 10 pm — 2 am PST (once bedtime negotiations have succeeded with a tiny night owl). I would reread this emotional roller coaster of a holy grail quest for the best Free Bread in America. Even if I never get to go to a fancy restaurant again to try the free bread (v likely until my kid is in middle school).
