Spend time with a grandparent (or another person) if you can. Talk to them about your feelings, your ex, and ask them what they would have done in your situation, at your age. My grandmother always had such a valuable perspective when I couldn’t see the long game. If you don’t have a grandparent, ask a friend what HER grandma would say! <3Hape
