Put a black and white filter on your phone (or red, I’ve heard of others doing red). It’s awful, you’ll hate it so it’s perfect. The color is part of what makes our phones so addictive. I’m right there with you!

Spend time with a grandparent (or another person) if you can. Talk to them about your feelings, your ex, and ask them what they would have done in your situation, at your age. My grandmother always had such a valuable perspective when I couldn’t see the long game. If you don’t have a grandparent, ask a friend what HER grandma would say! <3
