In an old mill building in Florence, only open on weekends, the sandwich board outside entices you with promises of "WEIRD RECORDS WEIRD BOOKS." Inside, it's full of intriguing psychedelic and experimental vinyl, decorated with weird art. It's a record store AND a record label. They occasionally have shows. It's become one of my favorite spots in town to discover new music.

This is the coolest hang I've had in a long time! Part record store (with listening stations), part sober bar with cozy booths and delicious mocktails. And friendly folks just hanging out and geeking out about all things music. A gem of a spot in the gem that is Turners Falls, Massachusetts.
