This by far has been the top solution for pain and tightness out of so many and I mean maaaaany other options, over the years I’ve tried - braces, massages, acupuncture, exercises, specialized training tools, mouth guards and on and on. For the last 4 years, I’ve been getting 20 units in each side, I started with re-upping it ever 6 months in the first 2 years and now can go as long as a full year of feeling the relief and effect of it, it truly was a life changing decision. And tbh I’m not mad about a slight chin area “snatch” and lift 🤠Highly recommend!
