Thirst Quenching 'Vinegar Shrubs': Shrubs are fruit with a yummy vinegar and sugar (think TART, or Brightland to splurge) The mixture is like a syrupy/vinegary that you top with seltzer and a ton of ice for a really sour-sweet cooler.
