I'm a home barista & coffee afficianado but I'm no expert. However, I'm a big fan of the Gusto Crema Blend from Caffe Umbria. Rich & smooth.

From a sweet small business in Chattanooga, TN! The best very light roast coffee beans, and I love their “Bone shaker espresso” beans. They have subscriptions!

the only coffee beans i’ll buy. when i was ~4 i tripped on the uneven sidewalk outside and they made me a steamed milk with a little chocolate sauce stick figure tripping on a sidewalk with a dot of raspberry sauce on its chin (i still have scars on my chin and i’m still loyal 2 decades later).

Onyx Coffee

I have lived in two great towns with fantastic coffee roasting scenes, but I still order my beans from Onyx Coffee in Arkansas. They make really beautiful stuff, but I keep coming back to Southern Weather in the winter and Tropical Weather in the summer. They have detailed brewing instructions for each method available, a ton of transparency, amazing single origin stuff, and I’ve never been disappointed by anything I’ve ordered!
