Exploradores de Café

These guys are nailing it in Mexico. They're roasting beans that they're importing from all around the world, but especially from the Latin American countries. There are several there that are either co-fermented or a single fermentation, and even if you're not into co-fermentation, the experimentation they're doing on these beans is just amazing!

I used to own this coffee shop, and that is important to notice because I'm about to recommend it. When I sold it, the new owners just took it to a whole new level. The beans they are using and importing are so good. It's really worth your while. If you're ever in Monterrey, don't skip this one!

Ember Mug

I got to be honest: I was pretty hesitant about buying this one, but someone gave it to me as a present. When I started using it, I really was surprised to love this product. I've recommended other coffee mugs in the past, and I stand by my opinion on them. This one is just like that personal mug where you can have your wired coaster on your desk and keep your coffee hot for as long as you want. It is just super practical. No more reheating coffee in the microwave!

My DTS go-to tool. I used to manually distribute my grinds, and this just makes it the easiest thing ever. If you're looking into upgrading your coffee gear, you can start off with this one. For when you're making espresso, it really makes a great difference.

I used to own the Breville espresso machine. Then I found this one on eBay for an amazing price. I had been hunting for one of them for quite a while, and when I found it and started using it, it totally changed the experience for me. Gotta say that it's my favorite thing to reach for after the 12 pm checkpoint on my day.

Moccamaster
•••
If you're following me, you're going to notice that most of my stuff is related to coffee. I used to own a coffee shop in the city of Monterrey, Mexico. I got to tell you that my go-to morning brewer is always and always will be the Moka Master. I know there's a lot of stuff with much more intelligence and technology, but this has been constantly celebrated as one of the best coffee makers in the world. It will not disappoint!
