They send you a scale and it triggers either a coffee you put in your queue or one picked based on your preferences based on when your bag gets low.

My favorite roaster is Black & White Coffee Roasters, but you can order Stamp Act, Four Barrel, Onyx Coffee Lab, Methodical (some of the high end standards), but also smaller ones to try like Brandywine & Sisters Coffee Co.

Sometimes I set up my queue to coffees “recently added” because they’re typically limited release. Sometimes I’ll sort by country of origin and pick from a different country each order.

So fun to explore and try as much coffee as you can manage 😂
