This is my favorite found it on RL rec so far. Thank you so much for this! I am a really inexperienced and anxious traveler with migraine disorder. Jet lag throws off my sleep which in turn triggers migraines and makes it so hard to enjoy travel. I used this for the first time on an international trip and it felt like witchcraft!
