watched this last year when it first came out and thought it was incredible! rewatched it recently and this is absolutely brilliant! loved the plot, the bits of humour sprinkled throughout, the photography, and more than anything i loved the message being delivered here!

remember watching this earlier this year and being genuinely flabbergasted during the first five minutes. such a fun movie but unless you’re a charli fan, or your daily screen time is 12 uninterrupted hours, i don’t think this will do it for you!

this, along with the wrath of khan, is my favourite star trek movie! i love any plot that involves the borg, but this one takes the cake! the knowing that jean-luc had been locutus and data has a desire to be more human just makes this 1000 times better!

although this movie touches on the heartbreaking history of palestine, it manages to do so in a beautifully humorous and lighthearted way. beautifully shot – very wes anderson adjacent – and very well paced! one of my favourites of all time!
