Creamy Olive Oil Lemonade
Finally made this @clownmommy rec last night and I am delighted to report it is as good as the hype. How is it this good?! Made ours with light agave and Graza drizzle and it was unreal even with the potent olive oil (thought it would be overwhelming). Would be sooo good with mezcal. Can't wait to make it for all my neighbors and friends and family. I am now an evangelist for the creamy olive oil lemonade. S/O to Bearenger for the recipe.

“Outrageously good. How to make it: - 1 full lemon (skin peeled for less bitterness, or chuck it in whole) - 3-4 tbsps raw honey or maple syrup - Pinch of salt - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 1/2 cup water Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and pour over ice. Enjoy!”
