Large Phin Coffee Set (Nguyen Coffee Supply)

Phin filters are used to make single servings of concentrated coffee for Vietnamese coffee. Kind of like a pour over, but with an integrated filter so you don’t need a paper or fabric one. Many of them are made with aluminum (unfortunately, linked to Alzheimers), but Nguyen makes one out of stainless steel. It’s super convenient and easy to clean, and it would be great for coffee while camping! I use mine to brew coffee at work to avoid all the Keurig plastic

Persian herb and greens omelette. Great way to get your leafy greens in and use up soft herbs from a CSA 🌱 Ideally accompanied by a garlic yogurt sauce. I never follow a set recipe and use whatever I happen to have and so far it hasn’t let me down!

This was great! I would note that I left the skin on and it got noticeably more bitter as it cooled in the fridge, so if you’re sensitive to bitterness I’d either peel it or start with cold ingredients and drink it immediately
