Michael Bolognino“Just finished this book, couldn't put it down. The premise is nuts: female writer gets on Grindr to research a gay character (and that's not the most unhinged thing she does), it turns into a thriller, and made me tense and laugh all the way through. I also enjoyed how it was written very conversationally with a lot of inner dialogue, and poetry throughout. Will make a fantastic show (already in the works). 5 stars.”

Sterling Graves“I’ve never read a book quite like this before, with its back-and-forth of internal dialogue between two complex and fascinating characters. It pulls you into their minds in a way that feels intimate, surprising, and completely absorbing. I didn't want it to end. Funny, dark, and full of detail. The writing is sharp, the characters are endlessly interesting, and there’s a tension that kept me on the edge of my seat. Couldn’t recommend it more.”

Breanna Lambert“Had such a fun book club discussion after reading this book. Definitely will make you analyze your own moral compass and have you arguing about who was in the right and wrong”

Librairie“Well well well. Turns out you were all 100% correct about this deranged little book. The audiobook version is an absolute rollercoaster. Beware of heart palpitations.”

bryan“go gay, go sad, go dark, go read it”
Dan Jonze“Author Mallory’s failed attempt at the tricky second novel is solved by stealing the life of a wily gay street urchin. Expect Grindr, Aesop, Chemsex, and uh Twitter poetry in this schlocky thriller that saved my vacation this summer.”
