Two-Stick Butter Dish

But with a two-stick butter dish you’ve always got a stick at bat and a stick on deck.** * Sometimes somebody is me 🫣 ** Unless somebody takes from either stick indiscriminately, so you end up with two half sticks and nowhere to put the new stick. Some people just want to watch the world burn. Restore order by moving the half-sticks end-to-end to make room for the new stick.”
