“Went to Ume-yu サウナの梅湯 for the first time and it was such a nice experience! Sometimes going to the sento in Japan can feel a bit intimidating and judgy (if you have tattoos), but I'm happy to report that they are tattoo-friendly and there are cute illustrations throughout the facility that guide you through the sento process if it's your first time or if you're unsure of certain rules. They also have saunas in both the Men's and Women's baths and for 550 yen, Ray said that's a pretty good deal haha. They also have so much cute merch at the front of the bathhouse, which you can buy even if you decide to not take a bath.”
