“Yes, its very necessary to preserve your energy and mental health. But it is also okay to live with uncomfortable things. For example being well-informed on injustice in the world, doing difficult tasks, having hard conversations with people you love can mean being without peace. But when you make the decision to protect yourself from all outside conflicts, you also limit your ability to grow, change, and build a more fulfilling and exciting life. Picture of Red cause he brings me peace and chaos.”
