Think about advanced directives! Think about the kind of care you’d want! Ask your elders what they want! Make it less scary! It is a fact of life, we all age and die one way or another. If you are faced with all these decisions in a time of crisis it is so much harder to navigate the ins and outs of the healthcare system and legal stuff that pops up only in the moment if we avoid thinking about it until face to face w it”
